Attention Parents and/or Guardians!!
Please be aware there are grades that are required to have certain vaccines. Please see the attached flyers for all incoming Kindergarten and 7th grade students for the 2024-2025 School Year. A reminder letter will also be sent out at the end of the year along with a copy of your child's current shot record we have on file for all current Pre-K and 6th grade students. If your student has already received the required vaccines due to their age, please make sure to provide an updated copy to the nurse.
