The 3rd grade students had their first Learn, Grow, Eat, Go tasting on Friday. Each student learned to peel their own carrots to eat. They also helped to make Carrot Crunch Salad. It was about 50/50 on who liked it. Each month the students will be exposed to a new recipe and samples from the garden.
